Non-Refundable Items

How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@bionexapeptides.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach photos if the product is damaged
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrectly sent items, we will cover return shipping costs. For other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
