Temperature-Sensitive Products
Many of our peptide products are temperature-sensitive. We use specialized packaging including ice packs and insulated containers to maintain product integrity during transit. For expedited delivery during warmer months, we strongly recommend choosing expedited shipping.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for all such charges. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes for temperature-sensitive orders. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain regions due to local regulations. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the legality of importing research chemicals in their jurisdiction.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please document it with photos and contact us within 48 hours. For lost packages, please allow 5 business days past the expected delivery date before contacting us.
